Small Group Training

Training together is always a great idea! A couple that wants to get fit together stays together! Friends that want to train together are the friends that you should be keeping!

Small, personalised group sessions can be arranged to meet the fitness needs of your group.

Saturday Bootcamp

Want something a bit different from your regular mundane gym workout. Then join the Boot Camp for one hour every Saturday morning to help kickstart your weekend.

Working alongside Old Skool Fit, this class will challenge your weightlifting and callisthenic skills whilst giving you a metabolic blast!
